3. Ownership & Usage

• You retain full rights to your original media files.

• BlackShine retains limited rights to showcase edited work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise in writing).

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full before editing begins unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices and receipts are issued for every completed transaction.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a specific number of free revisions. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlackShine is not responsible for data loss, technical issues, or damages caused by client misuse or third-party platforms.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel a project or suspend service if a client violates our policies or behaves abusively toward our staff.
