  • If the delivered project does not match the agreed specifications

  • If a duplicate payment was made by error

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds when:

  • The project has been partially or fully completed

  • You change your mind after the editing process begins

  • Delays occur due to your lack of response or late file submissions

3. Revision Policy

We offer free revisions (within reasonable limits) to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery.

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
